Tiny telescope implant offers new hope for vision loss from advanced AMD

Summary
This study tests a small telescope implant (SING IMT) placed inside the eye to improve central vision in people with end-stage age-related macular degeneration (AMD). About 76 participants aged 55 and older will receive the implant and be followed for 12 months with eye exams and vision rehabilitation. The goal is to see if the device is safe and helps patients see better.
