NCT ID NCT06064045

First seen Jan 29, 2026 · Last updated Jun 01, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study tested whether extra simulation-based team training for doctors and nurses in pediatric departments improves teamwork, patient safety, and newborn health. About 1,200 healthcare workers from eight departments took part, with half receiving extra training and half continuing as usual. Researchers measured sick leave, safety culture, and newborn Apgar scores to see if the training made a difference.
