Summary
This study follows 158 people who already received a Simplify Disc implant in their neck to see how safe and effective it is over 10 years. Researchers will measure neck function, nerve health, and whether any further surgery or serious problems occur. The goal is to confirm the disc's long-term performance for treating degenerative disc disease.
