Summary

This study follows 158 people who already received a Simplify Disc implant in their neck at two levels during earlier trials. Researchers will track how well the device works and if it stays safe over 10 years. The goal is to see if patients maintain improved neck function, nerve health, and avoid further surgery or serious problems linked to the implant.
