This study tests whether siltuximab can lessen the severity of cytokine release syndrome (CRS) and nerve-related side effects (ICANS) in 30 people receiving CAR-T cell therapy for blood cancers like lymphoma and multiple myeloma. The goal is to help patients recover faster from these serious reactions. The drug works by blocking a protein that causes inflammation.
