Can a simple gadget or a chilled needle make your shot less painful?
NCT ID NCT07258953
Summary
This study aims to find the best way to reduce pain during vitamin B12 injections. Researchers will compare three methods: a plastic device called a ShotBlocker pressed against the skin, using a pre-cooled needle, and using both together. They will measure pain levels and patient satisfaction in 132 adults receiving their routine injection.
