Summary
This study looked at whether a shorter course of radiation therapy is safe and effective for women with breast cancer that had spread to their lymph nodes. 108 women who had already had surgery took part. The main goal was to track side effects like arm swelling, shoulder stiffness, and heart problems. The study aimed to see if a shorter treatment time could be a good option without causing more harm.
