Could a simple shoe insert ease your hip pain?

NCT ID NCT06891001

Summary

This study is testing whether adding a neutral shoe insert to standard physical therapy helps people with chronic pain on the side of their hip. Researchers will compare three groups: physical therapy with the real insert, with a fake insert, or therapy alone. They will measure changes in pain, strength, and how people stand and move over 6 months.
