Summary

This study compares two types of shockwave therapy (radial vs. focused) to see which better reduces morning pain and pain after walking or standing in people with chronic plantar fasciitis. About 114 adults with heel pain lasting over 3 months that hasn't improved with other treatments will take part. The goal is to find out which shockwave method works best for easing symptoms.
