Shockwaves vs. sham: new hope for ED and pelvic pain?

Summary
This study tests if focused or radial shockwave therapy can improve erectile dysfunction and chronic pelvic pain better than a fake (sham) treatment. It includes 186 men, some with a history of prostate cancer. Participants will receive several sessions of shockwave or sham therapy, and researchers will track changes in symptoms using standard questionnaires.
