Summary

This study tests whether an app that helps patients and doctors make decisions together can lower the number of CT scans for people with minor head injuries. About 370 adults aged 18-65 who are at low risk for serious brain injury will use the app in the emergency department. The goal is to see if shared decision-making reduces unnecessary scans without missing serious problems.
