Summary
This study tests whether a shared decision-making tool helps young adults (ages 18-30) with early psychosis feel more involved in choosing their antipsychotic medication. The goal is to improve how often they attend appointments and stick with treatment. Researchers will compare the tool to usual care in 120 participants across multiple clinics.
