New shot could tame kidney relapses in kids

Summary

This study tests a new drug called SG301, given as a shot under the skin, for children aged 6-18 with nephrotic syndrome that keeps coming back or requires steroids. The goal is to see if it can safely reduce relapses and help kids stay off steroids longer. About 30 children will take part.
