First seen Mar 03, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study tested a short, structured therapy called Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in 46 vocational school students with low hope levels. Half received the therapy in person, while the other half continued as usual. Researchers measured changes in hope, problem-solving skills, and life satisfaction using questionnaires. The goal was to see if this practical, goal-oriented approach could improve students' well-being.
