First seen Mar 03, 2026 · Last updated May 03, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study tested a short, structured therapy called Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in 46 vocational school students who had low hope scores. Half received the therapy face-to-face, while the other half continued as usual. Researchers measured changes in hope, problem-solving skills, and life satisfaction using questionnaires. The goal was to see if this brief approach could improve students' well-being.
