Summary
This study aims to understand how common erectile dysfunction is in men with severe liver disease (cirrhosis) both before and one year after they receive a liver transplant. Researchers will also test the effectiveness of a common medication (PDE-5 inhibitors like tadalafil) for treating this issue after the transplant. The goal is to identify factors linked to the problem and improve patients' quality of life.
