Summary
This study tests whether setmelanotide can help a single patient with pseudohypoparathyroidism type 1a (a rare genetic disorder) lose weight. The patient will take the drug for 6 months, and researchers will measure weight loss, body fat, and blood sugar levels. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and effective for managing obesity in this condition.
