NCT ID NCT05210153
First seen May 16, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study planned to check if measuring sertraline levels in the blood and looking at a specific gene (CYP2C19) could help doctors give the right dose to people with major depression. It aimed to find out how many patients get too much or too little medicine with standard dosing. However, the study was withdrawn before enrolling any participants, so no results are available.
