NCT ID NCT05210153
First seen May 16, 2026 ยท Last updated May 16, 2026
Summary
This study planned to check if measuring sertraline levels in the blood and looking at a specific gene (CYP2C19) could help doctors give the right dose to people with major depression. It aimed to see if many patients get too much or too little medicine with standard dosing. However, the study was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled, so no results are available.
