New device offers hope for chest pain sufferers with Hard-to-Treat heart condition

Summary
This early study tests a device called the A-FLUX Reducer, placed in a heart vein to improve blood flow and reduce chest pain in people with coronary microvascular dysfunction (CMD). About 30 adults with persistent symptoms despite standard treatments will take part. The goal is to see if the device is safe and can ease symptoms, not to cure the disease.
