New heart device aims to stop chest pain in patients with tiny vessel blockages

Summary
This early study tests a device called the A-FLUX Reducer, placed in a heart vein to improve blood flow and reduce chest pain in people with coronary microvascular dysfunction (small vessel disease). About 30 adults with ongoing symptoms despite standard treatments will take part. The goal is to see if the device is safe and helps ease symptoms, not to cure the disease.
