Summary
This study compares two surgical techniques (unilateral vs. bilateral septal extension graft) to correct a droopy nasal tip in 34 adults having their first rhinoplasty. The main goal is to see which method leads to higher patient satisfaction and less tip deviation. Results will help surgeons choose the best approach for cosmetic improvement.
