Summary

This study compares two surgical techniques (unilateral vs. bilateral septal extension graft) to correct a droopy nasal tip in 34 adults undergoing primary rhinoplasty. The main goal is to see which method leads to better patient satisfaction and less tip deviation. Participants must be over 18 and seeking cosmetic improvement of the nasal tip.
