Summary
This study is testing a new blood analysis method to track organ damage and immune system exhaustion in people with sepsis. Researchers will enroll 1,000 adult patients with sepsis to see if specific markers in the blood can reveal which organs are being affected and how severely. The goal is to develop better tools for monitoring the progression of this serious condition, not to test a new treatment.
