Summary
This study is testing if the medication semaglutide can help adults living with HIV drink less alcohol and smoke fewer cigarettes. Researchers want to see if reducing these habits also lowers the risk of heart disease in this group. About 200 participants will receive either semaglutide or a placebo for three months and have regular checkups.
