Tracking a new Drug's Real-World impact on Kids' debilitating tumors

Summary
This study aims to understand how well the drug selumetinib works and how safe it is for children in China with inoperable, painful tumors caused by a genetic condition called Neurofibromatosis Type 1 (NF1). It will follow about 80-100 children aged 3-16 years for up to 2 years as they take the medication in a real-world setting, outside of a controlled clinical trial. The goal is to gather practical information on the drug's effects, side effects, and how it impacts patients' pain and daily life.
