Tracking a lifeline: Real-World look at drug for Kids' debilitating tumors
NCT ID NCT06175637
Summary
This study aims to understand how well the drug selumetinib works and how safe it is for children in China with a genetic condition called NF1, which causes painful, inoperable nerve tumors. It will follow about 80-100 children already receiving this approved treatment in real-world hospital settings for up to two years. The goal is to gather practical information on how the drug helps control tumor growth and manages symptoms like pain in everyday clinical practice.
