First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This early-phase trial tests the safety and best dose of two drugs, selinexor and venetoclax, when added to standard chemotherapy for children and young adults whose acute myeloid leukemia (AML) has returned or not responded to treatment. The study involves 37 participants and aims to find a dose that is both safe and effective. While not a cure, the goal is to better control the disease and improve remission rates.
