Summary
This study aims to create and test a self-rehabilitation program for people who have had a stroke more than 6 months ago. The program is based on everyday activities like dressing or cooking, designed with input from patients. Researchers will see if this approach helps improve motor skills and daily living performance. About 158 participants will take part in a randomized controlled trial.
