Community leaders learn to boost mental health in High-Need areas

Summary
This study aims to strengthen mental health care in underserved areas of Colombia by training local community leaders in a program called Self-Help Plus. About 40 adults will participate, learning skills to improve their own wellbeing and to teach others. The project will measure changes in psychological distress and overall wellbeing to see if this approach is effective and sustainable.
