Summary

This study aims to strengthen mental health care in underserved areas of Colombia by training local community leaders in a program called Self-Help+. The leaders will learn the program for their own wellbeing and then teach others in their community. The study will involve 40 adults and measure changes in wellbeing and distress to see if the approach works and can be sustained.
