Summary
This study looked at how a football-based health education program, called '11 for Health,' affects children's physical fitness, health knowledge, and well-being. Over 660 kids aged 9 to 14 in Poland took part, either in the program or in regular gym class. The goal was to see if combining football with health lessons helps kids learn about nutrition, exercise, and hygiene while getting fitter.
