Summary
This study tested a self-compassion program for 96 children with ADHD in Hong Kong. Kids attended six sessions and their parents joined three sessions to learn skills like being kind to themselves. The goal was to see if this could improve the children's emotional well-being and life satisfaction. Results may help support the mental health of children with ADHD.
