Summary
This study tests two programs—mindfulness exercises and a heart-healthy diet plan—to help Black women aged 40+ who care for a family member with Alzheimer's. Participants will learn stress-reduction techniques and healthy eating to lower blood pressure. The goal is to improve both caregiver health and the quality of care they provide.
