Summary
This study tests two programs—mindfulness exercises and a heart-healthy diet (DASH)—to help Black women who care for a loved one with Alzheimer's or memory problems. Participants are 40 or older, have high blood pressure, and provide unpaid care. The goal is to lower blood pressure and reduce stress, improving health for both caregivers and those they care for.
