Summary
This study tests a precise brain stimulation technique for people with severe obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) that hasn't improved with other treatments. Researchers will map brain activity and implant electrodes to deliver targeted electrical pulses, comparing active stimulation to a sham condition. The goal is to see if this approach can safely reduce OCD symptoms. The trial involves 10 adults aged 22 to 75.
