New combo sedation could make sleep apnea exams easier

Summary
This study tests a mix of two sedative drugs (remimazolam and propofol) to find the best way to sedate people with obstructive sleep apnea during a special sleep endoscopy. About 174 patients will take part. The goal is to improve sedation success and reduce side effects like needing extra medication or having a fast heart rate.
