First seen Feb 17, 2026 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study tests whether combining two sedative drugs (remimazolam and propofol) works better than one alone for a procedure called drug-induced sleep endoscopy, used to examine the airway in people with obstructive sleep apnea. About 174 adults with sleep apnea will take part. The goal is to find a sedation method that is both effective and has fewer side effects.
