First seen May 04, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study is for people with advanced colorectal cancer that didn't respond to or caused side effects from first-line treatment. It tests a combination of chemotherapy drugs (Levoleucovorin, 5-FU, and liposomal irinotecan) with or without targeted therapies (cetuximab or bevacizumab). The goal is to see if this second-line treatment can slow down cancer growth. About 30 participants will be enrolled.
