Seaweed pill trial aims to ease debilitating fatigue after cancer

Summary
This study is testing whether an 8-week course of a seaweed-based supplement called fucoidan can help reduce fatigue and inflammation in people who have finished cancer treatment. It will involve 40 cancer survivors who report significant fatigue. The main goal is to see if this supplement approach is practical and to measure changes in how tired people feel and in blood markers of inflammation.
