NCT ID NCT06120855
First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study looks at whether getting regulated cannabis from pharmacies helps people use it more safely compared to buying it illegally. About 1,177 regular cannabis users in Switzerland will be randomly assigned to buy from pharmacies or the illicit market. The goal is to see if pharmacy access encourages switching from smoking to less harmful methods like vaping or oral products, and reduces overall smoking.
