Summary
This study tests a gentle nerve-sliding technique for people with chronic sciatica (lumbar radiculopathy). Researchers will measure whether this movement helps reduce pain, improve daily function, and enhance balance. The study involves 28 adults with leg pain lasting 3 to 18 months.
