First seen Mar 10, 2026 · Last updated Apr 23, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tests a gentle leg exercise called sciatic nerve sliding to see if it can reduce pain, improve daily function, and help balance in people with lumbar radiculopathy (a pinched nerve causing leg pain). Researchers will measure pain sensitivity, disability using a questionnaire, and balance with a standard test. The study plans to enroll 28 adults with chronic leg pain from a pinched nerve.
