This study aims to prevent mental health problems by training teachers to support students' mental wellbeing and manage their own stress. About 1,556 participants, including teachers and school staff, will test a new two-level training model that uses digital learning to reach more schools. The goal is to see if this approach helps teachers use effective strategies and improves mental health for everyone involved.
