NCT ID NCT07079995
Summary
This study is testing a school-based program called 'Healthy School Recognized Campus' that aims to prevent future heart disease by improving kids' physical activity and nutrition. Researchers are working with 20 schools in Texas to see if the program helps students maintain a healthy weight, get more exercise, and eat more fruits and vegetables. They're also testing whether having mentors helps schools run the program more effectively.
