Summary
This study is testing a school-based program designed to help prevent heart disease in children by promoting physical activity and healthy eating. It involves 20 schools in Texas, where some will receive the new program immediately while others wait. Researchers will measure changes in students' weight, activity levels, and fruit and vegetable intake to see if the program works.
