Summary
This study tests a special talk therapy called schema therapy for people whose depression doesn't get better with usual treatments or medication. Researchers will compare schema therapy to standard psychotherapy in 129 adults across six psychiatric centers in Denmark. The goal is to see if schema therapy can reduce depression symptoms and improve daily life, especially for those with childhood trauma or personality challenges.
