Summary
This study tests a type of talk therapy called schema therapy for people with chronic or treatment-resistant depression. Researchers want to see if it works better than standard psychotherapy. The study will include 129 adults from six psychiatric centers in Denmark. Half will get 30 weekly schema therapy sessions, and the other half will get standard care. The goal is to reduce depression symptoms and improve daily life.
