New shot may help heal tough scars

Summary
This study tests a new drug called 9MW3811 for people with thick, raised scars that haven't improved in 6 months. About 30 adults will receive either the drug or a placebo to see if it makes scars look and feel better. The goal is to reduce scar thickness, color, pain, and itching.
