First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study compared two surgeries for a wrist bone (scaphoid) that broke and didn't heal on its own. One method uses a small camera and a bone graft through a tiny incision, while the other uses a larger cut. The goal was to see which approach leads to better bone healing, faster recovery, and improved wrist function. Thirty adults with this condition took part.
